2024 Meeting Dates

Happy New Year!  Please see the list below of the 2024 Metro District Board Meetings. Your participation and input are highly valued, and we encourage you to mark your calendars for the following dates:

•          March 14

•          April 11

•          May 9

•          June 13

•          July 11

•          August 8

•          September 12

•          October 10

•          November 14 

•          December 12 

•          The Kinson MD Nos. 1-10 Annual Community Meeting will be held November 14 at 12:00 p.m.

These meetings will be held virtually and will commence at 1:00 pm.  The agendas for each meeting will be shared in advance, allowing you to review the topics that will be discussed. We believe that open communication and collaboration are essential for the success of our community.  The agendas are posted on the District website, under the Governance section and Board Meeting Documents.  The meeting link is shown on the Agenda.  The Agendas are posted at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.

Should you have any specific items or concerns you would like to address during the meetings, there will be an open forum at the beginning of the meeting to allow residents to speak. Your feedback is important to us, and we want to ensure that our discussions reflect the needs and interests of the community.

Posted on the website under the Governance section in addition to the meeting agendas are minutes, transparency notices, Budgets, and governing documents.  We would encourage each resident to take a moment to review these important documents.
