As friendly reminder, your Metropolitan District quarterly fees will be billed on January 1st, 2024. Please note that these fees are in addition to your Homeowner Association dues. When making your payment, please confirm that you are paying the right entity. Please log in to your Metropolitan District online account and select Pay Now to schedule your Metropolitan District payment. This online account is separate than your Homeowner Association online account. If you do not have an online account for your Metropolitan District, please visit the website listed below to create your online account.
